With check-in at 3pm, our room wasn't available until 4:45pm due to inspection delays. The shower was unclean with several hairs, which was quite off-putting. The lobby chairs were dirty and needed proper cleaning, which was disappointing given the room rate.

the hotel's proximity to popular spots like the Greenville Zoo, just over 4 kilometers away, and the stylish Haywood Mall, less than 2 kilometers from the hotel, made our weekend adventures effortless and enjoyable as we strolled through the area discovering new sights and experiences.

absoluteley underwhelming stay, waited an eternity for our room to be ready, very tacky by the way. The shower, oh my goodness, was welcoming with several man hairs, a real pleasure! Also, a complimentary welcome gift woudl ve been lovely after such inconveniences! I almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t. How charming!

The friendly staff went above-and-beyond. providing excellent breakfast options with waffles, eggs, and fresh fruits. The outdoor pool was a nice bonus for relaxation. with easy access to dining and shopping nearby.

I was almost ready to give a good review, but just couldn’t.

Had a nice stay where the oatmeal was surprisingly good and the staff was really friendly! We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the cozy seating area by the fire pit for some relaxation. The only hiccup was a slightly late room availability, but it didn't ruin our experience at all. 😊

Family with children could enjoy stay

One morning, we came down for breakfast and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was fresh. I really appreciated how they were quick to make more eggs for us right when the tray was empty! Also, the bed was so comfy. I never wanted to get out of it.
